Did you know that on average a 5 year old laughs 150 times a day however, on average, a 45 year old laughs 5 times a day - how sad is that - laughter is definitely the best medicine !!

1. Laughter and uplifts directly increase the number of Immunogloblin A antibodies in your immune system, making it stronger i.e. laughter therapy. "Uplifts" is a psychological term that includes laughing, smelling and eating chocolates!! (at last research that proves it's good for you!!!).

2. The connection between humour and health is well supported by research. Laughter lowers the pulse rate while increasing oxygen flow to muscle tissue. It produces endorphins in the blood and is directly responsible for improving moods and reducing stress
