Feeling tired when you wake up and feeling tired through out the day is a sure sign that things are not quite right.

Check your eating habits are healthy and give you sustained energy throughout the day; make sure you eat breakfast, eat little and often throughout the day and don't eat too late at night.

Enhance sleep by establishing a bedtime routine, eat carbohydrates rather than proteins for your evening meal as they promote feelings of calmness and tiredness, stop working long before you go to bed or your brain won't switch off, have a warm bath with aromatherapy oils that promote sleep, sprinkle a little lavender oil on your pillow, listen to relaxing music and get plenty of sleep!
