moving house is exciting it is incredibly stressful! Try to ease the
pain by careful planning and ensuring good habits in eating, drinking,
exercising and sleeping, to put you in the right frame of mind for
the big day. On moving day, make sure you have a box of essentials
(drinks, snacks and loo roll!!) and as soon as you move in, make your
bed up so you can tumble into it exhausted at the end of a long day
of unpacking!! |
